Bread

Some people take bread for granted. They make their toast in the morning and prepare their sandwiches for lunch using the same sliced, garlic breadwhite loaf that can be bought at any supermarket. But is this bread? Soft, tasteless white stuff that sticks to the top of your mouth. Maybe it's ok to use to make bacon sandwiches but that's about it. I like different sorts of bread that complement different types of food. I like to know what's been used to make the loaf that I eat, and I don't want it packed with preservatives to give the impression of freshness. That's what this site is all about - buying and making bread that you'll enjoy.
